i wnt to become a bodybuilder and i don't know how to start,i was been couple of monts in one gym but don't know what to do,i don't have so much expirience,don't have a personal trener,nothing,but i have a will,just need some help from sombody who have expirience wth bodybilding,ty buy the way...
